CONTEST RULES
“More Time to Play” Contest (the “Contest”)

1. Contest Period (“Contest Period”) starts at 12:00:01 p.m. on Monday, January 9, 2012 and continues until Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. (the “Contest Closing Date”). All times are Eastern. No purchase necessary. Up to five (5) entries per household. Any attempt or suspected attempt to enter more than 5 times per household, any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or entry methods not authorized by these rules, shall be deemed as tampering and will void all of your entries. This Contest is brought to you by Rogers Publishing Limited (“RPL”) and Pfizer Consumer Healthcare. (“Pfizer”), collectively the “Contest Sponsors”.
2. To enter, go to www.moretimetoplay.ca, complete the entry ballot in full together with a photo submission that you have created through the ‘dress up tool’ on the site. Submit the entry as instructed from 12:00:00 p.m. Monday, January 9, 2012 to 11:59:59 p.m. Tuesday, April 3, 2012 (the “Submission Period”). Users who share their photo submission across any of their social networks during the entry process from the thank you page will receive one (1) bonus entry into the grand prize draw for all shares combined.
a. By playing ‘Dress Up to Win’ and submitting an entry into the Contest each entrant: (i) By playing ‘Dress Up to Win’ and submitting an entry into the Contest each entrant: (i) represents that he or she has full right and authority in the photograph, and where applicable has obtained any necessary consents for use of the photograph, including its entry into the Contest; (ii) grants to the Contest Sponsors, in perpetuity, a non-exclusive license to publish, display, reproduce, modify, edit or otherwise use his/her entry, in whole or in part, for advertising or promoting the Contest or for any other reason; (iii) waives all moral rights in and to his/her entry in favour of the Contest Sponsors; and (iv) agrees to release and hold harmless the Contest Sponsors and each of their respective parent, affiliates, agents, employees, directors, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”) from and against any and all claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trade-mark infringement or any other intellectual property related cause of action. For greater certainty, the Contest Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entry, or to request an entrant to modify or edit his or her entry, for any reason
b. For the purposes of this contest, receipt of an entry occurs when the Website server(s) records the entry information resulting from the entrant clicking the “Submit Entry” button. Proof of entry does not constitute proof of eligibility. Automated entries (including but not limited to entries submitted using any robot, script, macro, or other automated service) are not permitted and will be disqualified. Entrants assume all risk of lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, incompatible, garbled or illegible entries, all of which will be deemed void.
c. Entries are moderated before being approved and posted to the live gallery. Entries that display the following characteristics will be rejected and become ineligible for the grand prize draw: i. Use of inappropriate language in the photo title ii. Use of inappropriate photo or imagery iii. Inclusion of name brands in photo
d. A random draw will be made at approximately noon on Wednesday, April 11, 2012, by a representative of Rogers Publishing Limited (“RPL”), from all eligible entries received as of the Contest Closing Date, at Toronto, Ontario. The selected entrant will be contacted by telephone or email, as set out on their entry.
e. If the selected winning entrant cannot be reached within three (3) business days following the end of the judging period, declines the prize, or fails to return a release of liability as specified below, another entrant will be selected until the prize has been awarded.
3. Entrants are eligible to win one (1) Grand Prize consisting of a cheque payable to the grand prize winner in the amount of ten thousand dollars Canadian ($10,000 CDN).
4. The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred or exchanged. The Contest Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of at least equal or greater value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever the reason, of the advertised prize in whole or in part.
5. To be declared a winner of the grand prize, selected entrants must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question posed by telephone at a mutually convenient time. Before being declared winners, selected entrants will be required to sign and return, within a stipulated period of time, a Declaration of Compliance with the Contest Rules and a full Liability and Publicity Release. Contest Sponsors’ rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to the promotion and the awarding of prizes.
6. By entering this Contest, entrants consent to the use of their entry, name, city of residence and/or any photograph of or that may be taken in publicity carried out by the Contest Sponsors and/or their advertising agencies, without further notice or compensation.
7. This Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, who are over the age of majority in their province or territory, excluding employees of the Contest Sponsors, their parent and affiliated companies, representatives, dealers and agents, Contest suppliers and those with whom they are domiciled. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.
8. No communications will be entered into except with selected entrants.
9. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by the Contest Sponsors. The Contest Sponsors take no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors. The Contest Sponsors are not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this Contest. All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsors and will not be returned.
10. The Contest Sponsors are collecting personal data about entrants for the purpose of administering this Contest. No further informational or marketing communications will be received by entrants. Please see Rogers Publishing Inc. Privacy Policy at www.rogerspublishing.ca/privacy.htm for information on their policy towards maintaining the privacy and security of user information.
11. By entering this Contest, entrants release and hold harmless the Contest Sponsors, their advertising and promotional agencies, their affiliates and respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively the “Releasees”) from any liability in connection with this Contest or, if declared a winner, the prize(s). Before being declared a winner, entrants may be required to sign and return, within a stipulated period of time, a Declaration of Compliance with the Contest Rules and a full Liability and Publicity Release. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, place of residence, voice, statements, photographs or other likenesses for publicity, advertising or informational purposes in any medium or format without further compensation or notice
12. This Contest will be run in accordance with these rules, subject to amendment by Contest Sponsors (subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux in Quebec). Entrants must comply with these Contest rules, and will be deemed to have received and understood the rules by participating in the Contest. The terms of this Contest, as set out in these rules, are not subject to amendment or counter-offer, except as set out herein.
13. Contest Sponsors assume no responsibility for failure of the internet or the website during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. Contest Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion to cancel or suspend this Contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond their reasonable control corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Contest Sponsors reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
14. If the identity of an entrant or nominee is disputed, the Contest Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or nominee. A selected entrant or nominee may be required to provide proof of identity.
15. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Contest Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Province of Ontario, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Province of Ontario or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Province of Ontario.
16. For Quebec Residents: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest or promotion may be submitted to the Régie for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
